Tribeca Green (325 North End Avenue) takes its name from its LEED Gold certification and commitment to the environment. The spacious apartments’ kitchens are equipped with Energy Star-rated appliances, and other features include marble baths and oak parquet floors. Amenities include a swimming pool, fitness center, children’s playroom, business center, and bike room. One-bedrooms start at $4,700/month; two-bedrooms start at $6,985/month; and three-bedrooms start at $10,095/month.
