Prices start at $3,711/month for a studio (Apartment #5L), up to $8,515/month for a two-bedroom, two-bath with a private balcony (Apartment 16C). The homes have 10-foot ceilings, large windows, and balconies or terraces. Model apartments are designed by Eduardo Rodriguez, and highlighted the finishes which include walnut flooring, gourmet kitchens with quartz countertops, a washer/dryer bundle, and appliances by Miele, Bertazonni, and Blomberg.
Developed by World Wide Group and Rose Associates, residents have access to a luxurious set of amenities and services. There is a 24-hour attended lobby and doorman, and concierge services from Luxury Attaché. It also has a large outdoor terrace with views of midtown, a fitness center, lounge, bike tune-up station, and the list goes on. The services provided by Luxury Attaché range from coordinating your moving, travel assistance, and housekeeping.

The building holds a LEED Silver certification and is also pet-friendly and smoke-free. It's within the Turtle Bay/Sutton Place area of Midtown East, an area that provides residents with endless dining, shopping, and entertainment opportunities.
