Designed by Me and General Design, interiors feature hardwood floors and in-unit washers and dryers. Streamline kitchens include glass tile backsplashes, quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. Bathrooms feature colorful glass tile-highlights and modern fixtures.
Amenities begin with a 24-hour attended lobby that also has a lounge designed to serve as an extension of residents' living rooms. There is also a lounge on the 6th floor that features a fireplace, billiards table, television, and access to a furnished rooftop deck. More amenities include a beautifully landscaped courtyard, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and BuildingLink support for package delivery and maintenance needs.
French artist Mr. Brainwash was commissioned to create a mural on the building's Roebling Street façade in tribute to three historic figures: John Augustus Roebling (the designer of the Brooklyn Bridge), his son Charles, (builder of one of the United States’ oldest suspension bridges), and Henry Hornbostel (designer of the Williamsburg Bridge). The mural is distinguished by large pink letters denoting Mr. Brainwash’s mantra, “Life is Beautiful.”
The artwork does not stop outside the building; work by Chilean artist Sebastian Vargas is inside and 12 hand-painted canvases are at each individual elevator honoring Williamsburg natives' love for coffee, biking and the local McCarren Park.
