This time, the special offer applies to One Carnegie Hill at 215 East 96th Street. The building is situated within walking distance of Central Park and near the beloved Asphalt Green recreational park.
The 41-story, orange-brick and glass tower was built in 2005, and is distinguished by its two-tiered massing and large areas of glass. The building hosts a total of 479 units, 200 of which are condops. Related commissioned HLW International for the exterior, Ismael Leyva Architects for the interiors, and David Rockwell for the lobby and common spaces. The property was acquired from the Islamic Cultural Center of New York and incorporated a 63,000 square foot community facility for the center, with its own entrance on 97th Street.
There are currently thirteen apartments for rent, seven of which are no-fee rentals that qualify for the $1,000 gift card offer. One studio is available for $2,765/month, nine 1-bedrooms start from $2,700/month, and three 2-bedrooms start from $6,000/month. Additionally, for those interested in buying, there are seven condops for sale starting from $699,999,
Standing as one of the tallest buildings in Yorkville, many homes are afforded park and river views, and are outfitted with floor-to-ceiling windows to take it all in. The 18,000 square foot fitness center includes a 50-foot sky-lit heated swimming pool and a Pilates studio. The rooftop sun terrace is lushly landscaped, and sits next to an inviting rooftop lounge with an open kitchen and a large screen TV. The tower also includes a children’s playroom, a private garden, a technology concierge, a Dog City pet spa, a business center, valet dry cleaning service, a parking garage, bike storage, and on-site storage.
