Modern, floor to ceiling windows affording great views. The building will have a courtyard, roof-deck, etc.... A couple of blocks South to the subway, 2 & 3 blocks South to the cross-town bus. Many, many nearby neighborhood restaurants woth moderate prices. For those so inclined, and easy cab ride to the Time Warner Center for expensive gourmet food. An easy cab ride or subway ride to the Upper West Side which is also restaurant "city".
