Kelly Ripa sells in SoHo; Jane Lauder’s classic Upper East Side co-op finds a buyer; Art Spiegelman’s family are the the quintessential downtown loft-dwellers.

Makeup heiress Jane Lauder just sold her three-bedroom Upper East Side penthouse co-op at 830 Park Avenue–Lauder has lived downtown in a Nolita triplex, purchased for $12.63 million, since 2005. The uptown apartment, first listed for $8.9 million more than two years ago, offered a private elevator entry, a separate guest apartment and a discounted price of $6.5 million (NYPost).

Morning talk show host Kelly Ripa and husband Mark Consuelos have listed their 5-bedroom, 6,792-square-foot duplex penthouse at the celebrity-favored 76 Crosby Street in SoHo for an equally-large $24.5 million. The pair bought the enormous condo in 2005 for $9.5 million and spent two years renovating; the apartment’s many perks include a 2,500-square-foot private roof deck with an outdoor fireplace and a full outdoor kitchen, a home gym and a media room (CurbedNY).

Pulitzer Prize-winning graphic novelist Art Spiegelman and his wife, New Yorker art editor Francoise Mouly, recently purchased a 1-bedroom prewar loft at 93 Greene Street in SoHo for $1.68 million. The downtown condo may have been bought for the couple’s two children, Nadja and Dashiell, as Spiegelman and Mouly already own a loft nearby at 27 Greene Street (TRD).
