A Nascar star hopes for a big win on a 15 CPW trophy pad; Debra Messing checks out a Chelsea duplex; Meg Ryan tours a TriBeCa penthouse; Ben Stiller takes a bath.

Nascar star Jeff Gordon, who scored his apartment at 15 Central Park West (pictured) for just under $10 million in 2006, has put the three-bedroom seventh floor pad on the market for $30 million. Gordon and his wife spared no expense on the interior of the 3,500 square-foot apartment with Central Park views. Details include a chef’s kitchen, an oak-and-blackened-steel sushi bar and lots of black granite. The Robert A.M. Stern-designed building offers a landscaped motor court and garage, a 14,000-square foot fitness center with a sky-lit lap pool, a private restaurant and catering and an outdoor terrace among its long list of amenities (CurbedNY).

Smash star Debra Messing recently viewed a 4,200-square-foot duplex loft at 131 West 24th Street in Chelsea. The five-bedroom pre-war co-op, listed for $4.75 million, boasts exposed brick walls and 18-foot ceilings in the living room (NYPost).

Meg Ryan is the latest celeb to show interest in 88 Franklin Street in TriBeCa; the lovable rom-com actress–and well-known collector of NYC real estate who has also rented a SoHo space at glass-walled 40 Mercer Street–recently checked out a 5,200 square-foot duplex penthouse on the market for $12.5 million. Daniel Craig and Rachel Weisz previously viewed the apartment, as did Brooklyn Nets’ Deron Williams and top chef Bobby Flay. The four-bedroom penthouse has 12-foot ceilings and almost 2,000 square feet of private rooftop terrace space. Nearby buildings in the popular TriBeCa spot include Franklin Tower at 90 Franklin Street and the ornate 105 Hudson Street (NYPost).

Not all celebs get lucky when it comes to real estate. NYC native Ben Stiller finally sold his 4,000 square-foot duplex co-op at 118 Riverside Drive for $8.95 million, over $1 million less than the $10 million he paid for it in 2008. Upper West Side trivia: Stiller and his wife, Christine Taylor, bought the apartment from Ann Zabar, of Zabar’s fame (CurbedNY).
