Manhattan’s stylish condos and co-ops continue to attract the best and brightest in international fashion, business and technology.

Young fashion scion Lola Rykiel, granddaughter–and public relations director–to quirky French designer Sonia Rykiel, just purchased a condo at the equally stylish new condo 250 Bowery. The two-bedroom unit in the eight-story black-metal-and-glass building, listed for $1.695 million, cost the Parisian “it girl” $1.72 million (NYPost).

Design darling Rachel Roy is leaving the Chelsea Royale at 200 West 24th Street. The modern apparel mogul, whose designs have been worn by First Lady Michelle Obama and actresses Kate Hudson and Penelope Cruz, is giving up the 2,227-square-foot apartment she has called home for several years. The sponsor-owned three-bedroom duplex, now on the rental market at $16,500 a month, offers a gourmet kitchen, a greenhouse-style glass enclosure and a private roof terrace with Empire State Building views. The 18-unit condominium was built in 2004 (TRD).

Bruce Willis's former Trump Place apartment at 220 Riverside Boulevard recently sold for $11.5 million to a Baghdad businessman. Willis sold the apartment in 2011 for just under $6 million. The 20th floor, five-bedroom spread features Hudson River views and remote-controlled solar window shades (CurbedNY).

Tech innovator Jared Cohen, who started the Google Ideas division in 2010 and is now its director, and his wife, Rebecca Zubaty, are calling an old-school uptown co-op home. Their new third-floor apartment at 610 West End Avenue offers classic pre-war charm in the form of a butler’s pantry, a grand room and a gallery. Cohen paid $4.2 million for the unit, just over the $4.1 million ask (NYO).
