The springtime version of this antique lover’s mecca will include favorites like Fashion Alley and Book Alley, a special section of antiquarian, art and collectible books, prints and ephemera. Expect celebrity sightings and plenty of fabulous finds from 500 exhibitors and visitors from around the world.

St. Patrick’s Day Parade
This annual wearin o’the green is said to be NYC’s biggest and oldest parade, having started in 1762, but it most definitely isn’t the soberest. Before/during/after the march up Fifth Avenue, the city’s pubs and surrounding streets are acrawl with revelers long into the night. The parade heads up Fifth Avenue past St. Patrick's Cathedral at 50th Street, past the American Irish Historical Society and the Metropolitan Museum of Art at 83rd Street to end at 86th Street.
