Condo located in Upper West Side, between Broadway & West End Avenue

Comment About the Building

Building is full service with doorman and concierge. Wonderful health club, racquette ball courts and beautiful pool. The building is meticulously well kept. Typical for ownwers to stay in the building i. e. they start with a 1bdrm and sell it to buy a 2bdrm in the building. So owner satisfaction is very high. The board is reasonable but with a strong committment to the building. This condo is primarily owner occupied, however investors are welcome and subletting of apartments is permitted. It has a perfect location. It is right on the corner of 96th St. & B`Way. It is an express stop for the #2 & #3 trains and a local stop on the #1. The 104 Bus which goes to midtown stops there. Just a couple of blocks east there is the 8th ave subway line. Gourmet Garage is actually located in the building. One of the best plant shops and bicycle shops in the city are just across the street. There are many fine cafes, restaurants and shops just outside the door. Short walk to both Riverside Park and Central Park.
