The Dominick, originally known as Trump Soho, is a striking hotel-condominium in Soho. Designed by Handel Architects, the shimmering glass tower is made up of 391 guestrooms and suites.
Residences feature floor-to-ceiling glass windows with unobstructed views of the city skyline, the Hudson River, the Statue of Liberty or the Empire State Building. Residents, who are greeted by a 24-hour doorman as they enter through a dramatic, 22-foot-high lobby designed by the acclaimed Rockwell Group and inspired by SoHo’s pre-war architecture, have access to such amenities as 24-hour room service, valet parking, a state-of-the-art spa and fitness center, an outdoor pool and deck with a full-sized Bocce court.
Suites feature marble flooring in entryways, master bathrooms with two-person soaking tubs and separate glass-enclosed showers and Rockwell Group-designed furnishings that include custom leather beds with full-height headboards.
The building offers residents quick access to the neighborhood’s fashion boutiques and art galleries including the Drawing Center, Burberry, Salvatore Farragamo and Chanel. Notable restaurants like the Mercer Kitchen and Aqua Grill are close by, while the Japanese restaurant Koi Soho is downstairs in the hotel.
In October 2025, investment management firm Cain completed its $175 million acquisition of The Dominick Hotel (formerly Trump Soho). The property will be rebranded as Delano SoHo New York, and the firm plans to modernize the property in line with the Delano brand's design and hospitality standards. This represents Delano's first Manhattan property.
