A 24 hour concierge, cold package storage, and a full service garage round out the services, and the third floor terrace features a pool, grills, and fire pits.

Apartments range from one to three bedrooms with 9 foot ceilings, Italian kitchen cabinetry, professional grade KitchenAid appliances, and marble countertops. Many feature open kitchens with islands and wraparound terraces or balconies, with living rooms ranging from 16 to 27 feet in length. Bathrooms include Robern cabinetry and, notably, elliptical freestanding bathtubs filled by a single stream of water falling from the ceiling into the center of the tub.
