Avora is an 11 story, 184 unit condominium at 800 Avenue at Port Imperial in Weehawken, New Jersey, developed by Landsea Homes and designed by the IBI Group. The project was partially financed by approximately 70 foreign investors through the federal EB-5 program, marking Landsea's first development in the New York metropolitan area.

The building's distinctive architecture features slightly angled floors that create an intriguing dynamic profile. The north tower's middle floors turn slightly northward and project over part of the central pool area, while its top two floors bulge outward in the middle. The south tower's upper floors are stepped inland with glass railed balconies facing the pool. The development includes a double-height lobby, 6,000 square feet of ground floor retail space, and extensive landscaping throughout.

Amenities span 30,000 square feet of indoor space and include a screening theater, business center, boardroom, lounge with bar and catering kitchen, pet grooming facilities, and fitness center. The building offers 24 hour concierge service, cold package storage, garage parking, and a third floor terrace with a pool, grills, and fire pits. The resort style atmosphere is enhanced by the outdoor recreation areas and modern design.

Apartments feature 9 foot ceilings, Italian kitchen cabinetry, professional grade KitchenAid appliances, and marble kitchen countertops. Bathrooms include Robern cabinetry and a particularly unusual feature: elliptical freestanding bathtubs that fill from a single stream of water falling from the ceiling into the center of the tub.
