The Greenwich by Rafael Viñoly is an 88-story, 912-foot condominium tower in the Financial District, distinguished by its curved corners and exposed concrete I-beam columns that rise the full height of the building. Designed by the late Rafael Viñoly, the architect of 432 Park Avenue, the tower contains 272 residences ranging from studios to three-bedrooms, with floor-to-ceiling windows framing sweeping views of the Hudson River, New York Harbor, and Manhattan skyline. Unusual for high-end new development, many studios and one-bedrooms are located near the top of the tower, giving them skyline views typically reserved for larger layouts. The tower’s top three floors are devoted to The 88, a collection of lifestyle amenities that includes a fitness center, swimming pool, spa, and private dining spaces.
