Atelier, 635 West 42nd Street

"A 46-story tower designed by Costas Kondylis and built by the Monian Group will contain 478 studio to 2-bedroom apartments. Kondylis`s tower is marked by four bold notches that define the curtain wall into sections. The corners will be mostly glass. Unlike the Orion, which has a sleeker overall look, this tower will have visible punched HVAC grills under the windows.
