"The Larstrand is a 20-story, 181-unit rental building at 227 West 77th Street on the northeast corner at Broadway. It was completed in 2013 and blocks many of the south views from Linden 78, a 20-story, 35-unit, mid-block building at 230 West 78th Street, which was erected the previous year.

The Larstrand was developed by Friedland Properties and Rose Associates and designed by SLCE Architects. Linden 78 was designed by Handel Associates and developed by Urban Residential LLC."
