"This 16-story slab tower at 195 Willoughby Avenue between Ryerson Avenue and Grand Street in the Clinton Hill section of Brooklyn was erected in 1958 and has 287 co-operative apartments.  It is part of a two-building complex known as Willoughby Walk.  The other building at 185 Hall Street also has 287 co-operative apartments.
