This 64-story apartment tower at 19 Dutch Street was developed by Carmel Partners and designed by Gerner Kronick + Valcarcel and SLCE Architects. The 770-foot-high building contains 483 rental apartments, including 97 'affordable' units, and features over 8,000 square feet of retail space in the cellar and first two floors.
19 Dutch is a contemporary 63-story, 770-foot residential tower designed by Ismael Leyva Architects, distinguished by its glass façade with a patterned frit that adds depth and texture to the skyline. The building contains 483 rental residences, many with floor-to-ceiling windows and sweeping city and harbor views, and interiors featuring chef’s kitchens with Bertazzoni ranges, paneled Bosch refrigerators, Blomberg dishwashers, quartz countertops, and Bosch washers and dryers, along with bathrooms finished with custom vanities and ceramic tile. Residents enjoy a full suite of amenities that includes a fitness center, lounge spaces, and rooftop areas, placing modern luxury living in the heart of Lower Manhattan near major subway lines, waterfront parks, and the neighborhood’s rapidly growing dining and cultural scene.
