In July 2025, Hell's Kitchen rental Riverbank was sold to the wealth management division of JPMorgan Chase for $243.5 million. The building dates back to the 1980s, when it was developed by Harry Macklowe. Since then, the surrounding area has seen an influx of new residential development.
