I lived in this building for 11 years know it inside and out the good and bad . great amenites, pool is fantastic, health club is great, has 1/2 acre outdoor backyard , great for children or just to lounge, the building staff has been there for a long time and they are great. The apts are ok, 8ft ceilings , but great views , very far from subway 15 min walk to lex ave line, great neighboorhood for familes , ps 166 and ps 158 two of the best elementary schools in Manhattan, plenty of restaurants in area, Sothebys is acroos the street its as good as having a muesuem acroos the street
