Sales at the printing factory turned luxury condominium at 90 Morton Street are expected to launch in April 2018, and recent steps indicate that this will come to pass: A corporate website has launched, and Reuveni Real Estate will be in charge of sales and marketing.

The printing factory in the heart of the West Village was originally constructed in 1912. While the original façade was preserved in the conversion, fenestration was reimagined for enhanced light and air. The top four floors were also revamped to allow for private outdoor space.

All units will have interiors by Leroy Street Studio, high ceilings, expansive windows, and premium-level finishes. Starting on the eighth floor, apartments will have private terraces. Building amenities will include a landscaped roof terrace, attended lobby, private car drop-off, cold storage, library, fitness center, pool, saunas, and children’s playroom.

Prices are not yet available, but an accepted offering plan listed a sellout of $324,850,000 that indicates an average price of $9.28 million. This greatly exceeds the median price of West Village condos for $1.848 million, per CityRealty data.

90 Morton Street is rising in an exciting area for real estate development. Construction at the nearby 111 Leroy Street has just topped out, and listings are about to come on the market. A few blocks away at 160 Leroy Street, listings in a striking building designed by Herzog & de Meuron start at $6.95 million. The recently completed 100 Barrow is over 80% sold, and remaining listings start at $2.978 million.
