A mixed-use development is coming to 420 Gates Avenue in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. This will become one of the larger properties on the tree-lined residential block and replaces a cluster of small buildings. Permits have not been filed for the new development nor have demolition permits been filed for the existing buildings. Renderings show a brick and glass façade with expansive windows, along with a setback that creates a pair of terraces. An interior rendering shows a residence with an open layout, kitchen with breakfast bar and floor-to-ceiling windows.
