The modern rental homes are bright with floor-to-ceiling windows, hardwood floors, high ceilings and some layouts have private terraces. Island kitchens have stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher. Pets are permitted upon approval. Bathrooms are covered in white subway tile and come equipped with a modern vanity and chrome fixtures throughout. Amenities at 1247 Atlantic conclude a roof deck, rooftop gym, laundry room, bike storage - and coming next spring, an indoor/outdoor swimming pool.
There are several new developments in the neighborhood including 633 Marcy Avenue, 1875 Atlantic Avenue and 412 Herkimer Street that join Bed-Stuy’s eclectic mix of housing and building types. There are a variety of listings to sort through and current median prices for the neighborhood stand at $1,700/month for a studio, $2,199/month for a one bedroom, $2,200/month for a two bedroom and $2,595/month for a 3 bedroom.
