Residents receive complimentary cable and Wi-Fi, weekly towel and linens service, and regular replenishment of Malin + Goetz bath amenities. Ollie Social provides unique events curated by live-in managers. The micro-suites start at a net effective price of $3,580/month with co-living rent starting at $1,730/month.
