Who would have guessed that Brooklyn's Atlantic Avenue would be a sought-after residential address? But over the years, high-end real estate has pushed eastward from Boerum Hill over to the wide thoroughfare's less manicured stretches demarcating Fort Greene/Clinton Hill from Prospect and Crown Heights. The project was developed by the prolific builder Brookland Capital and Feingold & Gregory Architects is listed as the designer of record on permits. Other new buildings under construction nearby include a mixed-income a few doors down at 909 Atlantic and a sizeable luxury rental at 555 Waverly.
Building amenities include a fitness center, bike storage, and a roof deck. An endless array of mom and pop stores and restaurants can be found along Fulton Street two short streets north. Additionally, the Barclays Center, the Brooklyn Academy of Music, The Brooklyn Museum, the Brooklyn Botanic Gardens, and Prospect and Fort Greene parks are all within walking distance. Quick commutes to Manhattan can be had via the C subway line and the G and L trains are also close by. Delivery is slated for the first quarter of 2019.
