Leasing is underway at Hudson House West, a 27-story residential tower located at 323 15th Street in the Soho West section of Jersey City. Rents start at $2,640/month for studios, $3,450/month for one-bedrooms, $4,573/month for two-bedrooms, and $6,394/month for three-bedrooms. All prices are net effective to reflect a grand opening special of 2 months free rent on a 14-month lease, and initial occupancy is anticipated for later this summer.
Hudson House West is the third and final building to open in the Hudson House Collection in Soho West, a mixed-use project developed by RXR, Columbia Property Trust, Strategic Value Partners LLC, and One Investment Management. Hudson House East is a new construction high-rise that opened in 2024, and the low-rise Radio Lofts is the residential conversion of the 1920s industrial building that once served as the Continental Can Company and later an Emerson Radio factory.
Together, the three buildings comprise a total of 829 new housing units with approximately 48,000 square feet of ground-floor retail. The Hudson House Collection is in a central location with multiple commuting options to Manhattan, including the PATH, light rail, and bus, but the three buildings and the shopping, dining, and services inside create a robust neighborhood close to home.

At Hudson House West, all studio to three-bedroom homes are filled with abundant natural light from oversized windows. Interiors feature 10' ceilings, wide-plank flooring, kitchens with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, porcelain-tile baths, and in-unit laundry. Select floor plans feature dens/bonus rooms, and select units have private outdoor space.
