As New York buyers grapple with the desire for more living space, budgetary realities force some to look to the outer reaches of the outer boroughs or even New Jersey. A number of units in the building have already entered contract, and remaining availabilities start at $570K for studios, $940K for two-bedrooms, and $1.36 million for three-bedrooms. By virtue of the fact that these are sponsor units, no board approval is required for these co-ops.
The conversion was steered by WV Preservation Partners, LLC. Managing member David Hirschhorn brings experience with Roosevelt Island to this project, having led the development of its sister building, condop Island House. Availabilities here range from $552K for a one-bedroom to $1.35 million for a four-bedroom.
