According to the offering plan, the high-floor home has five bedrooms, five and a half baths, and 6,700 interior square feet. The Real Deal notes that this is the lowest number since late September, but a closer look revealed a REBNY syndication feed error that only recorded contracts signed from Sunday to Wednesday. While there were likely more contracts signed since then, the top contract recorded during this time was for a penthouse at The Majestic with five bedrooms, five and a half baths, four private terraces overlooking Central Park and the Manhattan skyline, and an asking price of $19,950,000.
