Leasing has launched at 153 Remsen Street, a new luxury rental residence is the beloved neighborhood of Brooklyn Heights. Gourmet kitchens have deep basin sinks, under cabinet lighting, and full-heigh backsplashes. Master baths have white marble floors, ash-gray double sink vanities and large walk-in showers.

Building amenities include an attended lobby, a landscaped roof terrace with skyline views, a fitness center, and a children's playroom designed by Carmelo the Science Fellow.

153 Remsen is between Court Street and Clinton Street, just three blocks from the Brooklyn Heights Promenade. A project from Quinlan Development Group and Lonicera Partners, its exterior is crafted from limestone and granite, and features a modern entrance marquee.
