For proof of Midtown West’s rapid rise in popularity as a residential neighborhood, look no further than 555TEN on the corner of West 41st Street. Leasing got off to a strong start last fall, leaving only a small handful of apartments available for immediate occupancy. For a limited time, the leasing team is offering two months of free rent on 14-month leases. Studios are priced from $3,130/month, one-bedrooms from $3,940/month, two-bedrooms from $6,340/month, and three-bedrooms from $9,850/month. Prices are net effective.
In addition to the market-rate apartments, the city has just kicked off an affordable housing lottery for 90 units in the building. 60 studios through three-bedrooms are available to residents earning 40% of the area median income ($22,903-$44,280/year), and 30 studios through three-bedrooms are available to residents earning 120% of the area median income ($68,709-$132,840/year). The deadline to apply is October 23, 2017.

All 555TEN residents can enjoy wonderful city views regardless of apartment location. Eastern exposures offer spectacular sunrise and Empire State Building views. South-facing windows look out on the Statue of Liberty and downtown skyline. The northern views are of nearby, low-rise Hell’s Kitchen and the George Washington Bridge, and western exposures face the Hudson River, New Jersey, and stunning sunsets.
The doorman building’s amenities include a rooftop pool and sun deck, fitness center, bowling alley, children’s playroom, pet care and outdoor dog park, and bike storage. The leasing team can be contacted at the bottom of this page.
