The Marcí, one of Boaz Gilad's reported 40+ Brooklyn projects, kicked off leasing in June in Bedford-Stuyvesant.
Rising eight floors from the corner of Marcy Avenue and Kosciusko Street, the 35,000 square foot project presents an inoffensive Rubik's Cube design hashed up by Franklyn Estrella Architects.
Inside, Marcí features 41 gorgeous one- and two-bedroom no-fee apartments. There are currently seven apartments for rent, all 2-bedrooms, with pricing starting from $2,496/month.
Apartments feature white wide-plank oak flooring, oversized windows, Bosch washer/dryers, and balconies for select units. Chefs kitchens are outfitted with London Grey Caesarstone countertops, imported Spanish Rustik Ash Oak cabinetry and a suite of high-end stainless steel appliances by Bosch and Fischer & Paykel. Bathrooms boast custom Ordonez white and elm vanities, Maxx deep-soaking bathtubs, porcelain grey-toned floors and Porcelanosa chrome fixtures.
The elevatored and pet-friendly building's amenities include a roof deck with views toward Manhattan, a fitness center, a resident lounge with a television and billiards table, and bicycle storage. The G-train's Bedford-Nostrand station is close-by and across the street is the 8-acre Herbert Von King Park designed by Olmsted & Vaux.
