Earlier this year, the prewar building located at 308 Jefferson Street in Bushwick underwent a renovation that transformed its units into modern and spacious homes for today's renters. The building has begun leasing the freshly-finished units, and is offering new renters one month of free rent.
Originally constructed in 1931, it has four floors with eight units and six are currently available; one 2-bedroom for $2,933, four 3-bedrooms from $3,199, and one 4-bedroom for $3,399. All listings are no-fee listings, and rent prices reflect the net effective amount for the lease.
Apartments maintain pre-war elements, like spacious layouts and high ceilings, but have been entirely redesigned to become contemporary homes with modern features. Apartments have wide plank hardwood floors, frosted glass interior doors which allow for plenty of natural light, and some units even have skylights. Kitchens feature granite countertops and maple cabinetry, and are equipped with stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and oven. To top it off, all apartments have 1.5 baths.
Amenities in the building include a laundry room, communal roof deck with Manhattan skyline views, a backyard, and virtual doorman. It is located near grocery stores, restaurants, and cafes, and is only one block away from the Jefferson Avenue stop on the L train.
