Columbus Square opened in 2010 and is bounded by West 97th Street to West 100th Street between Columbus and Amsterdam Avenue. The tallest in the complex is 808 Columbus at 30 floors, and the other four buildings have between 13 and 15 floors. The mixed-use development has plenty of ground-floor retail including a Whole Foods at the base of 808 Columbus.
Building amenities include 24/7 doorman service, a recently renovated fitness center, a children's playroom, a bike room and on-site parking. There is a third-floor elevated private greenway in all five buildings that has gardens, lounge areas and grills.
