Renovated rentals launched earlier this year at 1381 Myrtle Avenue, a 1931 5-story building in Bushwick at the fork of Himrod Street. Reminiscent of the Flatiron Building, inside a handful of apartments are still available including two-bedrooms from $2,495/month and three-bedrooms from $2,500/month - some listings also offer one month's free rent. Apartments are loft-inspired spaces with between 900 to more than 1,150 square feet, large windows and 9- to 12-foot ceilings. They have hardwood floors, large closets and built-in storage.

Kitchens feature white cabinets and white tile backsplashes, and have stainless steel appliances including french door refrigerators, a dishwasher and a microwave. Bathrooms are bright, though sleek, with glass enclosed showers, subway tiled walls and black tiled floors. Each apartment also comes equipped with a stacked LG washer/dryer. Renovations extend to common spaces with new elevators and a fully furnished rooftop with views stretching to the Manhattan skyline. 1381 Myrtle is only two blocks from the M train at Knickerbocker Avenue, and Maria Hernandez Park is a short walk away.
