The property is from developers All Year Management and the building’s intricate and contemporary design is by ODA New York. Other new buildings at the site of the former brewery include forthcoming rentals 115 Stanwix Street and 10 Montieth Street.

Homes at The Denizen come in varying finishes with unique details; some have light or classic dark wood finishes, others are contemporary and clean. Leasing is handled by Myspace NYC and studios start at $2,199/month, 1 beds at $2,699/month and 2 beds at $3,299/month. Interiors have hardwood floors, expansive windows, central heat/AC and in-unit washers/dryers. Some units have private balconies.

The more unique features include a rooftop pet run and a beer/wine brewery (appropriate considering the site’s history). Other highlights include a pet space, a kids room with rock climbing, bike parking and a demonstration kitchen.
