Related Rentals is currently offering $1,000 MasterCard gift cards with newly-signed leases at their Chelsea high-rise The Caledonia at 450 West 17th Street between Ninth and Tenth Avenue. The 24-story building opened in 2008 and holds both condominium and rental units. They share a lobby but have separate elevators to the residences. Several rental units are available including studios from $3,755/month, 1-bedrooms from $4,300/month, 2-bedrooms from $6,515/month and 3-bedrooms from $15,000/month. Apartments feature gourmet kitchens with quartzite stone countertops, bamboo cabinetry and stainless steel appliances. Custom bathrooms feature golden sandstone tile with arctic white vessel sinks. Building amenities are incredible. There is a full-time doorman, concierge and valet services, including 24-hour valet parking. There is also a fitness center, a business center, children's playroom, and a sun terrace with outdoor grills. The building is pet-friendly, and even has a pet spa. The building is in a prime Chelsea location and many apartments have views of the High Line. It is in close proximity to West Chelsea and the Meatpacking District.
