For a limited time, Rose Associates is offering one month free or one month paid broker's fee when new residents sign a 13-month lease at Chelsea Landmark. Centrally-positioned at 55 West 26th Street at the cusp of several thriving Manhattan neighborhoods (Chelsea, NoMad, and Flatiron), the 36-story tower accommodates 407 high-end rental apartments ranging from studios to two-bedrooms, with 20,000 square feet of amenity space. The building was finished in 2007 and its middling design was by the prolific firm of Costas Kondylis & Partners.

There are currently 14 apartments for rent. Five studios starting from $3,925/month, six one-bedroom units starting from $4,770/month, and three two-bedroom units starting from $7,750/month. Refreshingly, these prices reflect the gross rent you pay each month and do not reflect the limited time leasing special of one-month free.

Apartments are graced with condo-level finishes such as oak hardwood floors, oversized windows, walk-in closets, and washer/dryers. Professional grade kitchens feature large windows and luxury finishes. Custom bathrooms include gorgeous Italian porcelain tile and oversized showers.

Residents are greeted by an expansive contemporary lobby stationed by a 24-hour doorman. There is an impressive 20,000 square feet of amenity space in the building including the newly renovated Club 3, where residents can enjoy a golf simulator, a yoga and Pilates studio, an aqua spa and social sauna, a billiards and game lounge, a library, demonstration kitchen for guest chefs, and a patio with BBQ grills. A landscaped sun deck sits atop the building, offering residents seating areas and dramatic views of the city. Other conveniences include bicycle storage, private storage, refrigerated storage for perishable deliveries, a 24-hour attended lobby, and an attended on-site parking garage. The building's ground floor is also home to popular grocer Fairway.

Chelsea Landmark is convenient to offices in Midtown, Midtown South, and downtown. Nearly every subway line in the city is a short walk away. With Eataly, Shake Shack, and the Gramercy Tavern, residents will never grow tired of places to eat. Lastly, Madison Square Park just a short walk away, residents will always have the opportunity to relax and a place to bring their dogs and kids.
