Only $1,000 Deposits Required at Equity's NoMad High-Rise, 800 Sixth Apartments

Equity Residential is now offering leases with only $1,000 deposits required at NoMad high-rise 800 Sixth Apartments. The 36-story building is between West 27th and West 28th Street, and was built in 2003. Currently, studios are priced from $3,478/month, 1-bedrooms from $4,090/month and 2-bedrooms from $6,830/month. Many apartments have curved bay or corner windows with spectacular views above the building's five-story base.

Apartments feature 9-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, bamboo floors and a walk-in closets. Eat-in kitchens offer two-tone cabinetry, granite counters, a microwave and a dishwasher, and bathrooms are clad in chic yet traditional marble. Residences are also equipped with individually controlled heat and AC, and some units offer upgrades like loft-style floor plans, outdoor space and in-home washers and dryers.

There are also plenty of amenities to enjoy in the modern hi-rise. The luxury rental is pet friendly, has a full-time doorman, an attended lobby, a fitness center, and a roof deck. Recreational amenities include an outdoor bocce court and patio, and there are also valet services.

Located where Chelsea meets NoMad, the building is in a neighborhood with boutique shops that share blocks with lively restaurants, and is just a short walk away are destinations like Madison Square Park, the Flatiron District and Madison Square Garden.
