The residences at Ten23 feature open floorplans and floor-to-ceiling windows providing views of the Hudson River, Empire State Building, and the New York Times building. All units include hardwood floors, quartz countertops, kitchen islands, and roller shades. Apartments come equipped with state-of-the-art washer/dryer, dishwasher, and AC units in every bedroom. Select units feature private balconies/terraces. One-bedroom units start from $4,715/month and two-bedroom units start from $6,215/month. Studios and three-bedrooms coming soon.
Ten23 provides a number of community amenities that enhance the New York City living experience. Residents enjoy access to a 24-hour fitness center, bike storage room, WiFi lobby, and 24-hour concierge services. There are also two roof terraces with BBQ grilling stations and a rentable backyard.
