The 8-story building has 43 residences ranging from studios to three-bedrooms, some of which feature private outdoor space. Most of the contemporary homes are now occupied, but a few one-bedroom units remain priced between $2,342 and $2,479 per month. Listings are no fee and offer up to two months free.
