The first tower in Downtown Brooklyn's game-changing three-towered complex known as City Point has special offers for new renters; two months of free rent with a 14-month lease, free use of the building's amenities for one year, and free storage and bike parking for 6 months. The 27-floor building located at 7 Dekalb Avenue (aka 70 Fleet Street ) has 50 no-fee, rent-stabilized apartments in one- and two-bedroom layouts. Ten are currently available, with one-bedrooms starting at $3,257/month, and two bedrooms at $4,093/month. The prices reflect the net effective rent for the leasing period. Last year, the team launched an affordable housing lottery and nearly 100,000 people applied to grab one of the building's 200 subsidized units.

Kitchens are equipped with caesarstone countertops and GE appliances.

The building was developed through a partnership between Washington Square Partners, Acadia Realty Trust, and BFC Partners. The eco-concious firm, COOKFOX are the architects and chose to clad the 350-foot tall building with a sleek zinc facade that will temper and age over time. The building is also seeking LEED Silver certification.
Residences feature 9-foot ceilings, walnut floors, oversized windows, upscale fixtures and finishes, and extraordinary views of the blossoming Brooklyn skyline. The modern homes, some with private terraces, are accompanied by an amenity package that features a full-time doorman, cold storage, a fitness center, media/screening room, children's playroom, several expansive terraces, bike storage, tenant storage, and a laundry room on every floor.

City Point's first two residential towers sit upon a 700,000-square-foot retail podium, which is accessible with short elevator ride downstairs. The hand-picked tenants include CityTarget, Century 21, Alamo Drafthouse Cinema, and the nearly 30,000-square-foot Dekalb Market Hall which will be filled with vendors chosen by food-market expert Anna Castellani.
Nearly every subway line is near the building, and also nearby is the Barclay Center, Atlantic Terminal, and the vibrant Fulton Street Mall.
