Developed by the Clarett Group and designed by GKV Architects in 2009, the bright red slab tower features two small setbacks at its base. Situated in Downtown Brooklyn, the tower stands nearby many dining, shopping, and entertainment destinations, as well as nearly every subway line within a three-block radius.
