Of the building’s 491 no-fee units, there are currently 31 availabilities: thirteen studios starting from $2,355/month, fourteen 1-bedroom units starting from $2,960/month, and four 2-bedroom units starting from $4,710/month.

Kitchens include granite countertops, Italian cabinetry, and top-notch appliances including dishwashers and microwaves. The units are also complete with spacious closets, and select two-bedroom homes feature in-unit washer/dryers.
