Equity Residential’s rental high-rise in Downtown Brooklyn, The Brooklyner at 111 Lawrence Street, has special offers for new renters. New leases are currently being offered with just a $500 deposit required, up to a $1500 gift card, and a special rate for 24-month leases. The building stands 51 stories tall, and had the title of Brooklyn's tallest building when it was erected in 2009. Of the building’s 491 no-fee units, there are currently 31 availabilities: thirteen studios starting from $2,355/month, fourteen 1-bedroom units starting from $2,960/month, and four 2-bedroom units starting from $4,710/month.
Inside, residences feature parquet hardwood flooring, 9-foot ceilings, A/C, and oversized windows with stunning views. Kitchens include granite countertops, Italian cabinetry, and top-notch appliances including dishwashers and microwaves. The units are also complete with spacious closets, and select two-bedroom homes feature in-unit washer/dryers.

Developed by the Clarett Group and designed by GKV Architects in 2009, the bright red slab tower features two small setbacks at its base.
