The new 19-story rental development known as One Flatbush at the junction of Flatbush Ave and Fulton Street in Downtown Brooklyn is now leasing its light-filled and exquisitely appointed residences.

Listings show net effective prices for studios from $2,336/month, one bedrooms from $2,657/month and two bedrooms from $4,071/month. The project is from a partnership of developers Capstone Equities, Carlyle Group and Slate Property Group - and the building has a design by Hill West.

The area has great transit access with the 2, 3, 4, 5 subway lines directly adjacent to the new building and a block away you can catch the B, Q, R. Median prices for current rental listings in the neighborhood stand at $2,743/month for a studio, $3,549/month for a one bedroom and $4,719/month for a two bedroom.

Homes offer open layouts with driftwood stained hardwood floors, large multi-paned windows and in-unit washers/dryers. Kitchens feature marble quartz countertops and backsplashes, custom shaker cabinets with appliances from Bosch. Bathrooms have white subway tiled walls and geometric graphic floor tiling.

The amenity package include a fitness center, resident lounge, co-working space and a wraparound outdoor patio. The landscaped roof deck has grills to cook and areas to lounge and dine. The lobby is a bright welcoming space with concierge and other features of the building include bike storage, communal dining room for private events, and a gaming room with billiards, arcade games, shuffle board and a wet bar.
