Floors are sheathed in dark maple, and open kitchens are equipped with Caesarstone counter top breakfast bars, a stainless steel appliance package and blue glass tiled back-splashes. The property was developed by John Catsimatidis’ Big Apple Group, and the building's designer was Dattner Architects, the same designer as sister buildings The Andrea at 218 Myrtle Avenue and The Margo at 180 Myrtle Avenue.
