The soaring 33-story tower in Downtown Brooklyn at 120 Nassau Street, located between the iconic Brooklyn and Manhattan bridges, offers brand new luxury studio to three-bedroom rental homes. It’s called The Amberly and features a unique terra cotta façade that pays homage to the historic brownstones of the neighborhood. The design is by Woods Bagot, the firm's first tower in New York City, and the property is being developed by AmTrust Realty Corp., a 25-year old national privately-held real estate company.
The onsite leasing office is open and there are model residences ready to view, featuring stylish furnishing from BHDM Design. Citi Habitats handles leasing and prices start at $2,630/month for studios; $3,435/month for one bedrooms; $5,665/month for two bedrooms. There are 270 units in total and they come in a variety of layouts; select units have private outdoor space.

The building was designed to maximize views in the living and dining areas while maintaining privacy within bedrooms. Field Condition recently shared photos from a construction tour which shows the project at the finish line. The 355,000-square-foot development has an eight-story podium with retail and commercial space, and the 270 residential units are in the tower above. See more of Field Condition's photos of The Amberly here.

The development includes a 10,000 square foot public plaza adjacent to the building which is designed by SCAPE Landscape Architecture. The lush plaza includes plenty of areas with chairs and seating, and an abundance of trees and plantings.
