Rentals are on the upper floors of the 15-story building and units are available for immediate move-in with select listings offering up to two months of free rent. Leasing is handled by Corcoran and listings show studios start at $2,331/month, one-bedrooms at $2,842/month and two-bedrooms at $4,033/month.

Upper-floor apartments have dramatic views of the Manhattan skyline and the East River bridges, and corner units are outfitted with large floor to ceiling windows. Floors are sheathed in dark maple, and open kitchens are equipped with Caesarstone counter top breakfast bars, a stainless steel appliance package and blue glass tiled back-splashes. Bathrooms are clad in white tile and have Toto, Grohe and Kohler fixtures. Homes also have large closets and in-unit Bosch washers/dryers.

Building amenities include a a full time doorman and concierge, a fitness center with 2,000 square feet of space including a yoga/personal training studio, a screening room, a children’s playroom, bicycle storage, on-site parking and a landscaped 3rd floor deck with barbecue area. The Giovanni is pet friendly and is situated steps away from doggy-paradise, Fort Greene Park.

The property was developed by John Catsimatidis’ Big Apple Group, and the building's designer was Dattner Architects, the same designer as sister buildings The Andrea at 218 Myrtle Avenue and The Margo at 180 Myrtle Avenue.
