111 East 115th Street has 32 apartments and space for a community facility on the first floor. Rental leasing has kicked-off and is being handled by Citi Habitats.

Listing photos show bright interiors with clean lines, beamed ceilings and modern finishes. The floors are hardwood oak and the expansive windows have noise-reduction technology. Kitchens have stone floors and countertops with white lacquer cabinetry, along with Bosch appliances including a microwave and dishwasher. Each apartment also has a stacked washer/dryer.
