Homes have custom plank wood floors, a Bosh washer/dryer, and marble baths. Eat-in kitchens have double sinks and marble countertops with Porcelanosa fixtures. Additional features include cedar accent walls, weathered zinc light fixtures, and entry stairs built from blue stone.
