Glenwood Management’s Barclay Tower stands at 10 Barclay Street; a stately high-rise at the junction of Tribeca and the Financial District. Designed by Costas Kondylis & Partners, the tower topped out in 2005 at 58 floors and boasts 396 residential units.Glenwood is currently offering one month free on all two- and three-bedroom units in this building, and also in other buildings they manage.
There are currently thirteen apartments for rent at Barclay Tower, all of which are no fee: eight 1-bedroom units starting from $4,395/month and five 2-bedroom units starting from $5,595/month. Residences are beautifully appointed with eat-in windowed kitchens, separate dining rooms, and granite, marble, and oak finishes. Units also come complete with washer/dryers, ample closet space, and stunning views of the city.
Amenities at Barclay Tower are abundant, including high-speed passenger elevators with Rojo Alicante wainscoting and statuary bronze bordered wall panels. Residents are also privy to a fully-equipped fitness center with a yoga room, a children’s playroom, a tenant’s lounge, a party room, a media lounge, a 50-foot pool, a whirlpool, and outdoor sundeck, and an air conditioned laundry facility. The building also features a 24-hour attentive staff, a concierge hotline, and a separate service elevator.
Barclay Tower features public spaces designed by John Saladino, starting with a gorgeous 3-story colonnade entrance with limestone columns and walls, double height windows with statuary bronze Roman fenestrated grilles, two solid Rojo Alicante marble fountains, and pedestal, base, and stone gargoyles hand-carved in Italy. Inside, a sophisticated barrel-vaulted lobby greets residents, complete with French-chiseled limestone walls and cornices, tranquil seating areas of Japanese Tamo and Teak, and Aquamarina marble floors with hand-crafted mosaic stone borders.
Located in the Financial District just next to Tribeca, Barclay Tower offers residents much to do outside its glorious entrance. Less than a block away is a Citi Bike hub, perfect for travel throughout the city. Tribeca is also host to some of the city's tastiest restaurants, including American Cut, Bâtard, and Khe-Yo, New York’s first Laotian restaurant, just to name a few.
