New Fort Greene Rental 'Caesura' Reveals Floor Plans and Pricing; Move-In by December 15th

Caesura, a new 12-story mixed-use rental building at the intersection of Lafayette Avenue and Ashland Place in Fort Greene is beginning its leasing efforts with the release of floor plans and pricing.

The new details, available on the building's official website, reveal studios start at $2,360/month, one-bedrooms start at $2,765/month and two-bedrooms start at $3,950/month. The building also offers furnished micro-units which are available from $2,590/month. View all the floor plans here.

Its location is within the Brooklyn Cultural District, which is anchored by the world-famous Brooklyn Academy of Music (BAM) less than one block away. New residents will soon be welcomed to lovely homes and also a package of convenient amenities, too.

The homes inside have "streamlined apartments and practical amenities." Residences have keyless entry, hardwood floors, walk-in closets and some will have balconies. Full kitchens have white cabinets, GE stainless steel appliances, Ceasarstone quartz countertops and ceramic tile backsplashes. Bathrooms feature porcelain tile and soaking tubs. Each unit will have its own stacked washer/dryer.

A state-of-the-art fitness center will occupy the top floor of the building, and there will also be a rooftop lounge with indigenous plants, a garden, grills and a kitchen. Other amenities include a resident lounge, package concierge services, a bike room, a game room, and a "double height conservatory for quiet contemplation."
