Akelius Real Estate Management purchased the timeless icon in 2015 for $168 million, and began renovating many of the building's apartments.

Current availabilities include studios priced from $2,400/month, one-bedrooms from $3,500/month, and two-bedrooms from $4,430/month. The leasing team, led by Compass, is offering one month of free rent with 13-month leases on select apartments.
